These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ThisdAI, a web, mobile, and desktop application provided by Father of Legends LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for AI-generated task management and daily planning (the "Service"). By creating an account or using ThisdAI, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
ThisdAI uses artificial intelligence from third-party providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, and xAI) to power all core features, including generating personalized task lists, managing goals, analyzing friction points, processing notes, and tracking progress. By using these features—and on iOS devices, after providing explicit in-app consent—your inputs (tasks, goals, friction points, notes, prompts, etc.) are sent to these providers for processing. To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. ThisdAI offers one-time purchases, subscription plans, and add-ons, through which users access premium features such as unlimited root tasks, advanced AI capabilities, and sharing options. Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Stripe, Apple, and Google. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

ThisdAI integrates with third-party services, including payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google), cloud storage (Google Cloud), and AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, and xAI). Your use of AI features requires sending inputs to these AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with their terms and policies (linked in the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for their practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate. AI-generated content comes from third-party providers and may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, biases, or inappropriate suggestions. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Father of Legends LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including damages from service interruptions, data loss, or user-inputted data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $1, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Father of Legends LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Stone County, Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Service or notifying you via email and in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Father of Legends LLC regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
